Before applying
 
1. Make sure that you are eligible to apply as an international degree student: Who can apply?
 
2. Read the admission handbook carefully: International Student Admission Handbook For Spring Semester in Academic Year 2018
 
3. Check application requirement of department/institutes that you intend to apply: Application Requirements
 
4. Check Scholarship information
 
 
Application Procedure

Applicants do not need to pay any application fee .
 
1. Fill out the online application form: personal information, language proficiency, applying departments etc.
 
2. Upload all the required documents
 
3. Fill in the Recommenders' Information
 
4. Confirm and submit the application
 
 
Require Documents (PDF files only) 
 
1. The certificate or diploma of your highest degree verification by R.O.C. (Taiwan) Overseas Embassies & Missions in the country of their original school.(A notarized copy of the translation in Chinese or English is necessary if the original document is in a language other than Chinese or English.)
 
2. Complete academic transcripts issued by your school for each year of study verification by R.O.C. (Taiwan) Overseas Embassies & Missions in the country of their original school.(A notarized copy of the translation in Chinese or English is necessary if the original transcript is in a language other than Chinese or English.)
 
※ Graduating students must submit the Certificate of Expected Graduation issued by their school if they have not received their diploma when making their application (a notarized copy of the translation in Chinese or English is necessary if the original document is in a language other than Chinese or English).
 
3. Verification of nationality (e.g. a photocopy of your passport)
 
4. Autobiography
 
5. Study Plan 
 
6. Two letters of Recommendation
 
7. TOEFL or IELTS or Other Evidence of English Proficiency (No Minimum)
 
8. Reasearch Proposal (Optional from different department)
 
9. Related Academic Publications (Optional from different department)
 
10. Evidence of Chinese Proficiency (Optional from different department)
